An Israeli holding company with multiple business operations in illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank and Golan Heights.

Elco Ltd is an Israeli holding company that operates in the construction, infrastructure, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and entertainment industries in more than fifteen countries. Multiple Elco subsidiaries operate in illegal Israeli settlements throughout the occupied West Bank and Golan Heights.

Elco subsidiary Electra Ltd constructs and maintains housing units, roads, public buildings, universities, transport systems, and other infrastructure in illegal settlements. Electra was included on the 2020 United Nations database of companies doing business in illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territory.

Another Elco subsidiary, Electra Consumer Products, owns Yeinot Bitan, an Israeli grocery store chain that operates stores in at least three illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian human rights organization Al-Haq. Following a 2022 licensing agreement with French multinational retailer Carrefour, Yienot Bitan stores will be converted to the Carrefour brand.

A third Elco subsidiary, Electra Power (formerly Supergas Energy), provides natural gas to consumer households, as well as to the industrial, commercial, and transportation sectors, throughout Israel, including in illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank and Golan Heights. Supergas has also been "the exclusive gas supplier of the Israel Defense Forces and the country's Police and Prison systems services for many years," according to Elco.
